Challenging Bias and Bigotry in the Workplace

Through innovative, accessible online education, this course will empower individuals and organizations to challenge bias and bigotry in the workplace effectively. Earners explore various forms of bias and bigotry prevalent in the workplace, including implicit biases, microaggressions, systemic discrimination, and racism. Earners learn how to combat antisemitism, islamophobia, anti-blackness, and other forms of discrimination at our university and across our broader community.
